FARESHARE – VOLUNTEER DRIVERS – ALNESS
The FARESHARE warehouse at Kendal Crescent, Alness has been a huge success and is now delivering 40% of the FARESHARE surplus food into the region to over 40 member organisations such as community food larders.
They are looking for extra support to get their van on the road an extra 4/5 days a month to distribute more surplus food out to the community.
They are looking for volunteers who can commit to 1 or 2 days a month, during the week, to deliver surplus food to groups across the region. Full training and safety equipment will be given.
This is a real opportunity to support your communities.
REQUIRMENTS
Driver’s license
Physically fit
Desire to assist communities within Highland region.
