The Kyle of Sutherland Development Trust

As part of KoSDT’s Green Health & Natural Assets project, KoSDT are working in partnership with Gearrchoille Community Wood. The group were successful in an application to the Think Health Think Nature fund to establish a programme of fully funded events over the warmer months (in Gearrchoille) for everyone, helping us to get outside more often.

 

Lucy Williams will be leading on some of the sessions, kicking off next week with Woodland Play, Make & Explore (next Wednesday 7th June), followed by Art in the Woods starting next Saturday 10th June.

𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 (𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗹𝘆) – Starting next Saturday 10th June

Aimed at everyone, using natural materials to create art.

Fortnightly, every Saturday | 10:30 – 11:30am | Meet at Gearrchoille Woodland Shelter

 

These events are fully funded and no booking is required. All children Under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

 

There are more events to come (in addition to the above), including a Kids (P1 – P7) Outdoor Adventure Club, currently in development with Highlife Highland Active Schools. Keep your eye out!
